How to File a Claim

Report the Incident

Step 1

Notify us as soon as possible after the incident. Provide basic details such as your

Policy Number,
Accident Date,
Plate No. , Unit No., and Description of the Claim.

Complete the Claim Form

Step 2

Fill out the appropriate claim form in this page (Motor Car, Fire and Property, Bonds, etc.,)
Make sure all required fields are accurate and give us your correct email address to contact you for further processing of your documents.

Submit Required Documents

Step 3

Wait for the email of our Claims Processors. Once replied, send us all necessary documents — like police reports, actual damaged photos of the car, repair estimates, or receipts — to help us process your claim quickly.
