How to File a Claim

Tell Us About the Incident Report

Step 1

Kindly notify us at your earliest convenience following the incident and provide the necessary preliminary details, including your Policy Number, Accident Date,
Plate No. , Unit No., as well as the Description of your Claim, to enable us to initiate the assessment and processing of your case efficiently.

Complete and Submit Claim Form

Step 2

Kindly complete the appropriate claim form provided on this page (Motor Car) with all the necessary information. Please ensure that all required fields are filled out accurately and thoroughly, and that you provide a valid and active email address.

 

Submit Required Documents

Step 3

Please await the email from our Claims Processors; upon receiving their response, kindly submit all required documents—including the policy, police report, OR/CR, driver’s license, repair estimate, and photographs of the damage—to facilitate the prompt processing of your claim.

Claim Evaluation & Settlement
